I have the new AP-16+ and have just begun to play around with it. It's a winner for sure, you won't be disappointed with this one. It has so many features that make it flexible and unique, yet it is extremely easy to set up and operate. The built in amps have plenty of power, I made the mistake of setting the volume controls to mid point the first time I fired it up and about blew myself right off my chair!

The Prop1/DC-16 on our ship, controlling the cannon system, has run flawlessly for almost a year. This control sits out in the weather (only slightly covered) and keeps on ticking! Nice stuff.

In today's fast-paced environment where "tech speak" can often leave you wondering if the entire world attended some class you obviously missed; it is a refreshing relief to work with Jon Williams and John Barrowman of EFX-TEK. It’s rare to find individuals who are at the technical genius level AND can communicate effectively with the rest of us!

I’ve had the opportunity to attend many of the company’s presentations and I’m always impressed with their ability to engage the entire group -- especially those who have expressed doubt or reservations about their own lack of technical sophistication. Jon and John possess not only a thorough knowledge of their profession, they are also gifted with genuine care and concern for their customers; which manifests itself with every seminar, every event and every correspondence they are part of.

In 2005, I tapped the company to provide "hands on" support for my professional haunted house -- Lafitte’s Landing.
