John, a year or two ago I asked about getting a Tokenizer for a Prop 1 so that Linux and Macs could join in the fun. At the time you said that you might be able to lock up (forget his name) in a hotel for two weeks and get a BS1 Tokenizer. What ever came of that? It is sorely needed. -Chuck-

It never happened and, tragically, won't.  The [Parallax] engineer in question has been devoted to their Propeller processor and there is really no hope for getting a BS1 tokenizer for non-Windows OSes out of him.  Some have found emulators that work, and for our customers who are purchasing new Mac computers we suggest getting one that is Intel based and installing Windows and the Mac OS using Boot Camp to switch between them.  One of our big OEM customers does this very successfully.
