Need Some Help Please

Hello guys, name is Curtis here and I'm in need of some help here. I'm trying to get 6 sets of two leds to flash with a soundtrack of spoken words, like people talking to each other. I have no idea what to buy to achieve this, like to have a audio in with a L/R channel with a output as well to play through simple computer speakers. I can build the props but have no idea on electronics an figured this be the best place to ask. I can give specifics if needed. Thank you all for reading this.

You you need is a threshold detector, not something that we build or sell -- though you might find plans on the Internet. Look for alarm projects that trip on a sound level; of course, you'll want an adjustable circuit.
