Has anyone made an opto coupler or similar board that will snap on the servo headers of a prop-1 to allow 12v inputs on at least six of the pin?

I'm not aware, but I could knock out a schematic for you if you want to put one together.

Keep in mind that you can use 12V into the TTL input header if you protect the pin with a 25K to 50K series resistor. If you have common ground between the two systems, this is an easy solution.

I will try putting a 50,000 ohm resistor on the input pin.

I think an opto isolator input board would be awesome, but not important if this works.

I agree that a input board would be a great idea for a future add-on product which I will be willing to pay for. Since such board would have screw terminals for your wires and will also provide the protection to the I/O pins on the Prop-1.
