If You Call Us...

...especially if you call at odd hours or on what is normally everyone's day off, please do us a a favor and don't refer to yourself as "an idiot" or any other derogatory term.  The human subconscious is a very powerful thing, best stated in this quote by Henry Ford:

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right.

Why am I bringing this up?  Because if you insist you're not capable it makes it really hard for us to help you.  And look at it this way: You chose EFX-TEK products.  In our eyes that makes you a genius.  Even geniuses like Einstein had to work to understand things, and we will assist you in understanding our products; it is our pleasure to do so.  Just help us by believing that you are in fact capable of understanding anything we do.
