Most of you know that we are absolutely happy to help you with programming your controllers.  That said, we're very busy so we ask that you help us help you.

  • Know what you want -- we're smart, but can't read minds.

  • Please don't ask us to reverse engineer someone else's prop.  If you want to duplicate a prop then tell us what you want your prop to do. If you happen to have an example that will support your programming request, provide a direct link to it -- don't tell us we can find it on X web site (we don't have time to go looking).  Still... please don't ask us to simply look at a video and duplicate it; if you do, you get one shot; if we're wrong in the interpretation then you'll have to modify the program to get it right.  It's much easier to tell us what you want than to ask us to interpret video (especially poorly lit and shot Internet video).

  • If you have a component you want to connect to one of our products, attach the spec sheet or provide a direct link to it.
