I have used both of these sites. Sounds aren't free but are pretty cheap and royalty free.

We've put together a decent collection of "found sounds" we've come across online over the years. They are not ours, so we cannot grant commercial use on them, but, they may be of interest:

While at MHC we picked up a great sound effects CD from Audio Zombie. The great thing is that the CD comes with ready-to-use WAV files -- copy them to your SD card and rename for use with the AP-16+.

I bought all of their cd's, and plan on using them in my AP-16's this season.
